Investigation of Consumers' Attitudes Towards Personalized Pricing and Dynamic Pricing Practices

چکیده

Bilgi teknolojilerindeki gelişmeler ve alışveriş faaliyetlerinin çevrimiçi ortamlarda daha fazla gerçekleştirilmesiyle birlikte, işletmeler, kazançlarını artırmak amacıyla algoritmik fiyatlandırma olarak adlandırılan gerçek zamanlı mekanizmalarını kullanmaya başlamışlardır. Bu çalışmada yöntemleri olan kişiselleştirilmiş ile dinamik uygulamalarına yönelik tüketicilerin fiyat adaleti algısı, duyarlılığı, çevrim içi satıcıya duyulan güven ödeme istekliliği arasındaki farklılıklarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. amaç doğrultusunda hazırlanan iki senaryonun bulunduğu anketler gruba uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler sonucunda, isteklilikleri bakımından grup arasında istatistiksel anlamlı farklılığın belirlenmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucunda bulgular doğrultusunda, yöneticilerine bu alanda araştırma yapacak akademisyenlere önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
